Langkawi here I come!
The one great thing about SE Asia are its lovely beaches!! Too many islands to choose from but I'm disappearing in another 2 hours to the lovely Pulau Langkawi. :)
First a photo to illustrate the beauty of islands in Malaysia (this was taken in Pulau Tioman in May).
Don't be fooled, the islands are not to be trifled with! My housemate - Bart was bed ridden for a few days after coming back from Pulau Langkawi where he met with a motorbike accident. The lousy cleaning he got at the hospital on Pulau Langkawi meant he had to deal with a nasty infection which made walking painful.
Crazy motorbike drivers aside, I'm really looking forward to this trip - just to get away from the city for abit and laze in the sun. I've already stocked up on sun block, after sun lotion, and moisturizer to ensure an even tan this trip. Wee!
