Happy Chinese New Year! Reflections

It's officially 2006! Well, I live by the lunar calendar.... Heh

I have shunned writing on my blog for awhile, because I wasn't sure the world was ready to hear my deepest thoughts and emotions. And well, more like I wasn't ready to bare that side of myself. Funny how for some people, the blog is like a running commentary on life; whereas I wanted to take life and squish it up in my mind and analyze it. But it takes too long to do that, and I am slow when it comes to thinking about life philosophically, factor in laziness and that equals INACTION.

So really, where am I right now in life? I live in a semi-catatonic state, suspended upon a string; half wishing somethings were and somethings weren't. A lot of it induced by reflections of things in the last year. And this nagging sense of the things I can see happening not because I have the third eye but because of my past experiences. And then wondering if I should get involved and change things or let it be.

p/s: What is catatonic? Here's a medical definition: Characterized by marked motor abnormalities including immobility (catalepsy or stupor), excessive motor activity (purposeless agitation), extreme negativism, mutism, posturing or stereotyped movements, echolalia, and/or echopraxia.

I want a change of my environment, to do something different. I hate the routine and being stuck in the same place.

On another note, there are a few bright spots this year...my pet project of taking over the world aka the Conference on Corporate Social Responsibility. My roomies who have been absolutely awesome: ladies I am so happy to have you all as my room-mates. Ooh...and the possibility of falling in love! Which also translates to "playing" alot more than I ever have in the last 2 years of my life. Weekends rock! teehee!

More on life later...
